Situated in an olive plantation, Olivo Santo spans eight hectares of landscaped gardens surrounding a central pond with a gazebo, several outdoor fireplaces, barbecue areas, and an organic orchard open for guests to visit and enjoy.

The estate produces its own extra virgin olive oil, crafted from a blend of Arbequina, Picual, Frantoio and Leccino varieties. Guests are invited to sample this oil during their stay.

  • In the county of Zapallar, Valparaíso Region, 160 km from Santiago and just 3 km from the sea. The nearest airport is Arturo Merino Benítez International Airport (SCL).

  • Take Route 5 North to kilometer 138, exit at Catapilco (5 km past the El Melón Tunnel), then drive 16.5 km toward the coast following signs for Santa Bertina / Altavista / Olivo Santo.

  • Up to 14 guests across the Main House (3 ocean-view suites) and the independent Guest House (3 bedrooms with a fully equipped kitchen). Two additional staff rooms are also available on the property.

  • On the estate: tennis, polo, temazcal, massage treatments, outdoor and heated indoor pool, jacuzzi, and an organic kitchen garden. Nearby: surfing, kayaking, fishing, mountain biking, horseback riding, golf, and scuba diving. Laguna Beach is minutes away, as well as Maitencillo.

  • Yes. Olivo Santo is rented on an exclusive basis — no shared facilities, no outside guests. It's ideal for large families, private retreats, corporate getaways, and milestone celebrations.

  • Yes. The gardens and olive grove are maintained organically using on-site compost and humus, with drip irrigation throughout. The estate produces its own extra virgin olive oil (Arbequina, Picual, Frantoio, and Leccino varieties) and employs local staff to support the surrounding community.

  • The estate is available year-round. The heated indoor pool with its own fireplace makes it enjoyable in winter, while summer (December–March) is perfect for outdoor activities. Pets are allowed upon request; parties are not permitted. The property is fully non-smoking indoors.
